Mistry's dismissal: Tatas file caveats in SC, HC and NCLT

Tata group in order to prevent any ex-parte orders being passed against them without a hearing of their side of the story has on Tuesday learned to have filed caveats in Supreme Court (SC), Bombay High Court (HC) and National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) to prevent ousted Tata Sons Chairman Cyrus Mistry from getting an ex-parte order against his dismisal.  

Corporate Lawyers fimiliar with matter said that such caveat are filed in order to prevent any opposite side from obtaining interim order from appropriate Courts of justice without the hearing oppurtunity being given to the other party.  Both side are learned to be evaluating options for protecting their cause.  

Things got bitter between the groups with the dismissal of Mr Cyrus Mistry from Chairmanship on Monday of the group holding company Tata Sons of India’s leading conglomerate Tata Group.
