S.O. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sectlon (3) of section 1 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the central Government hereby appoints the 13th day of January, 2015 as the date on which the ptovlslons of sub-section {5}, sub-sectlon (6) [except
with respect to the manner of administratlon of the Investor Education and Protectlon Fund] and sub-sectlon (7) of section 125 of the said Act shall come into force.
