NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19 December, 2019
S.O. 4569(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 435 of the Companies Act,
2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government, with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of the High Court of Jammu and
Kashmir, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate
Affairs, number S.O. 1796(E), dated, the 18th May, 2016, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,
Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be
substituted, namely:-
