NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th October, 2019
S.O. 3705(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 458 of the Companies
Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby delegates its powers and functions under sub-section (1) of
section 418 of the said Act (hereinafter referred to as the said sub-section) to provide officers and other employees to the
Tribunal and the Appellate Tribunal referred to in the said sub-section to the President and Chairperson of the said
Tribunal and the Appellate Tribunal, as the case may be, subject to conditions as specified in the recruitment rules of the
respective posts as approved and notified by the Central Government.
