Amendment of Schedule VII of the Companies Act,2013

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, 30th May, 2019
G.S.R.390 (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 467 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to Schedule VII of the said Act, namely:-
“(xii) Disaster management, including relief, rehabilitation and reconstruction activities”
2. This notification can come into force o the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Notice: the Schedule VII was brought into force with effect from the 1st April, 2014 and was amended (effective from 1st April, 2014) vide notification number GSR 130(E), dated 27th February, 2014, Corrigenda number GSR 261(E) dated 31st March, 2014, notification no GSR 568(E), dated the 6th August, 2014, and notification number GSR 741(E), dated the 24th October, 2014.
