NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th May, 2015
S.O. 1440(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of Section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2015 (21 of 2015), the Central Government hereby appoints the 29th May, 2015 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 12 and 15 to 23 of the said Act shall come into force.
