The candidate should have passed all groups under the Professional Programme as per ICSI (old or new syllabus) with good academic record and should have strong English (both written and spoken) and interpersonal skill. Job description: The Trainee will be required to research, analyse and write research papers on the Companies Act, 2013 and all related rules, notifications, circulars etc. and track all latest developments in the Companies Act, 2013. They would be required to prepare detailed reports and notes on various topics under the Companies Act, 2013. The trainees would also be required to work on ongoing client assignments related to corporate laws and corporate restructuring including mergers, demergers, etc.
Salary :-Rs.5000 to 7500
